Bot for Telegram

I need a bot that check if a user is my client. If so, the user can enter the group/channel - but that link and client must enter or use the code just once. Plus: everyday i upload an csv sheet with my clientes codes (just numbers). I need the bot to check everyday if someone is not my client anymore than exclude from the groups.
