Bootstrap Dropdown Visibility Fix

My Bootstrap-based project (Laravel) has a persistent dropdown issue where the dropdown gets hidden behind an upper element. This problem has been present since the inception of the project.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficient in Bootstrap framework
- Strong understanding of CSS and z-index management
- Experienced in troubleshooting dropdown issues in web interfaces
- Ability to ensure dropdown items are clickable and accessible
