We need two separate contact forms created using bootstrap (latest 5.2) to drop in to my website.
The timeframe is as soon as possible! It's a quick job for a skilled freelancer.
I need the following...
A simple contact form to capture the customer name, email, phone number and their message.
&
A separate contact form which will be used to capture name, age, email, phone, dropdown, message.
Both of these should be as simple and lightweight as possible so they can just be dropped in to the current website in a container.
Both MUST use validation and Google captcha. Both MUST be able to send the captured data to my email address via a php function that you must create.
