Bootstrap Admin Dashboard

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Bootstrap Admin Dashboard. The project requires the following features:
- Features: Necessary elements for the admin panel such as Forms, Tabs, Statistics, Wizard Form, Button etc. need to be added.
Color Scheme: I am open to suggestions for the color scheme of the dashboard.
Responsive and Accessible: The admin dashboard must be responsive and accessible on mobile devices.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Bootstrap and front-end development.
- Experience in creating customizable themes.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile accessibility standards.
Admin Dashboard must be 100% original and unique to me. It should be developed with Bootstrap. Dashboard will be used for my products that will be sold on Codecanyon.net. In order for my products to be accepted, copyright-free, resalable technologies and original design are required.
