Bookmarking - Tool

Designing and Developing a Bookmarking-Webtool similar to "https://www.bookmarkninja.com/".

What is needed?
- Progressive Web-App / Framework
- App for Android and Apple (Created out of WebApp)
- Design
- Multilingualism
- Register / Login / ADMIN
- Hosting (Google ?)

Milestones:
1. Discuss Framework, Features and how to do it (2-4 hours)
2. Create Feature List for MVP
3. Development

I would like to discuss before starting the project. So I think a paid Milestone for discussing is the first step to start :)
