Booking System Application

I am a student and currently creating a project for clinic booking systems. I am stucked on my backend and i need to finished it asap. I am using flutter and firebase for database but i need to change the database to phpmyadmin mysql. And i need to make a little changes for my front end. the doc attached are my coding code.
