Project Overview:
I am building a web app with Bolt (bolt.new), and I need a skilled freelancer to help automate several processes. These tasks include automatically filling a PDF form with user data, integrating payment processing via Bolt API, and setting up email automation to send completed PDFs to users. The goal is to streamline the entire workflow, ensuring that after a user fills out a form on the web app, the PDF is automatically populated, payments are processed, and the PDF is then emailed to the user.
Scope of Work:
1. PDF Form Automation:
• I have a GWA-1 PDF form that needs to be filled automatically with user data.
• The data will be submitted via an online form on the web app (built with Bolt).
• The form needs to be automatically populated with the submitted data.
• The final PDF must be generated and ready to be sent via email.
• Use a solution like Zapier or an API tool (such as Formstack Documents, PDFMonkey, or JotForm) to automate the PDF filling process.
2. Payment Integration via Bolt API:
• Integrate Bolt’s payment gateway into the web app.
• Users should be able to complete their payment seamlessly after submitting their data.
• Ensure that payment processing is secure, and the system recognizes when the payment is completed.
• Provide documentation and ensure the payment gateway works smoothly with the rest of the automation.
3. Email Automation:
• Once the PDF is filled and the payment is confirmed, an automated email should be sent to the user.
• The email will contain a link to download the completed PDF.
• Set up email triggers using Zapier or an equivalent tool, or integrate an email service like SendGrid or Mailgun.
4. Backend Automation:
• Set up Webhooks or API calls to trigger the whole process in sequence:
• User submits the form.
• Payment is processed.
• PDF is automatically generated and filled.
• Email with the final PDF is sent to the user.
• The process must be completely automated with minimal manual intervention.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with PDF automation, Bolt API, payment gateways, and email automation.
• Experience with Zapier, Integromat (Make), or custom API integrations.
• Ability to work with PDFMonkey, Formstack Documents, or similar services for PDF automation.
• Proficiency in Bolt web app development and integrating Bolt’s API for payment processing.
• Ability to implement seamless email automation for sending completed PDFs.
Deliverables:
1. Fully integrated payment system with Bolt API.
2. Automated PDF generation from user data.
3. Complete email automation workflow.
4. Documentation on how the automation works, including instructions for future adjustments.
