Blockchain notarization Cloud APP

Hi, I need a cloud app for notarize files and archive them inside.
I prefer a PHP frontend (Laravel?) for future development.
I don't know what is the best blockchain for notarization, I use opentimestamps for actual documents.
I need high security standards for archived documents.
Anyone with a pre-build notarization service?
