Blockchain Website

We are targeting to build a marketing website for our cryptocurrency project. It will be a genereic marketing website preferably using Rails as the framework. Not a deal breaker but a it's a plus if the project can include Hotwire and Bootstrap. If this sounds good to you, we can talk further and provide you an example website to be referenced. The tech stack can be discussed, after all, final product is what is important.
No backend and no need to connect a crypto wallet or user auth. No database. It will basically a marketing website with links to other pages.
