Blockchain Application

I need a Blockchain web application developed with the below functionality:

1. Buyer connects Meta Mask wallet and send token to seller.
2. Tokens are held temporarily on Escrow Smart Contract.
3. Seller delivers the product / service and marks the transaction as complete.
4. Buyer confirms the transaction from his end.
5. Payment is released to seller.
6. If seller marked the transaction as complete and buyer does not confirms it. The payment is automatically released to seller after X number of days.
7. If seller marked the transaction as complete and buyer disputes it, the payment is kept on hold until its manually released by the admin / refunded to the buyer.
8. Transaction fee charged from the transaction is sent to the Admin wallet.

Other Features:
- Both users (Buyer & seller) can login through Meta Mask wallet on the application.
- Transactions can only be done in using one specific token.
- Block chain to be used Binance Smart Chain.
- Transaction fee charged from the transaction is sent to the Admin wallet.
- Admin can change the % value of transaction fee.
- Buyer and seller need to signup on the application using their Email.
