Block the hash url change after login

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in PHP, HTML and jquery. I have got a problem with my project because it will not block the page loading after change of the hash url, example: #inbox/whatever it is as the page will loading. I have tried event.preventDefault but it will only work after when I refresh the page. If you can have a quick look on my project to see what the problem is and fix it i will be greatful.
