Blinkit-Style Quick Commerce Suite -- 2

Job ID: 40118093

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a full quick-commerce ecosystem that mirrors the core user experience of Blinkit. The project covers three distinct applications built for both iOS and Android: a customer-facing shopping app, a delivery-partner app, and a web-based admin panel.

Customer app
• Shoppers must be able to browse or search our product catalogue with sub-second response times, place items in a cart, pay securely through an integrated payment gateway, and follow live order tracking until delivery.

Delivery-partner app
• Couriers receive order pings in real time, accept or reject jobs, optimise routes, and mark stages (picked-up, on-route, delivered). Basic earnings history and push notifications are required.

Admin panel
• I want tight control over products and inventory, the ability to view and manage every order end-to-end, plus dashboards that surface key analytics and performance reports.

Tech expectations
I’m open to native or cross-platform stacks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift + Kotlin, paired with a robust back end (Node.js, Laravel, or similar) that can scale horizontally. Clean architecture, modular code, and source control via Git are non-negotiable.

Deliverables
1. Source code for all three apps and back-end services
2. REST or GraphQL API documentation
3. Working builds deployed to TestFlight and Google Play Console for testing
4. Admin panel hosted on a staging URL
5. Post-launch support window to resolve critical bugs

Acceptance criteria
• All listed features function smoothly on current iOS and Android versions.
• Payments process successfully in sandbox and production.
• Real-time order status updates propagate to customer, courier, and admin views without lag.
• Inventory updates in the admin reflect instantly in the customer app.
• Analytics dashboard summarises orders, GMV, and delivery time metrics.

If you’ve shipped a similar quick-commerce or food-delivery stack before, please share a link or demo credentials so I can explore the workflow.
