Bitcoin Core & P2Pool Integration Expert Needed

I am looking for an experienced blockchain developer with expertise in Bitcoin and P2Pool to assist in a project involving the integration of my Bitcoin Core node with a P2Pool instance running on Gupax. The primary objective is to ensure that a non-standard Bitcoin transaction is included in a mined block and successfully sent to the intended address.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Bitcoin Core: Ensure Bitcoin Core is properly configured to accept non-standard transactions and is accessible via RPC from P2Pool.
Integrate Bitcoin Core with P2Pool: Set up and configure P2Pool to connect with the Bitcoin Core node, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
Transaction Handling: Ensure that the non-standard Bitcoin transaction is successfully added to the mempool and included in a block mined by P2Pool.
Monitor and Troubleshoot: Provide ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure the successful mining and propagation of the transaction.
Network and Security Configuration: Configure any necessary network and security settings to facilitate communication between the Bitcoin Core node and P2Pool, potentially involving firewall adjustments or port forwarding.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Bitcoin Core and P2Pool.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly in handling non-standard transactions.
Familiarity with networking and security practices to ensure secure communication between nodes.
Experience with Python and configuring P2Pool.
Ability to provide clear documentation and support during the integration process.

The P2Pool instance is already running on Gupax, and the Bitcoin Core node is set up on a local machine.
