Binance Futures API PHP

Hi All, I'm looking for someone who is familiar with Binance API.
I want to interact with Binance through PHP.
I want some functions like
SellShort($pair,$amount,$type,$leverage,$closepositionandtakeprofit);
BuyLong($pair,$amount,$type,$leverage,$closepositionandtakeprofit);

Basically the function interact with Binance Futures and make order.
The Type will be Market or Limit.
The amount will be all or certain amount that is available for that pair.
and leverage consist from 1x to 20x

if there is an open order for that pair then the function will close the position and open with the new parameters.
More things we can discuss and how to get amount and other thing on chat.
