Binance + FTX copy trading system

I am in need of a copy trading system for the Binance and FTX exchanges.
Slave accounts will only be on FTX. Master accounts will be on both Binance and FTX.
The system needs to be very performant, secure and scalable to large amounts of connected accounts.
Multiple master accounts will need to be connected to the same slave account.
Automatic order size scaling, based on account sizes.
Web interface.
It will be making use of the exchnages API's (https://docs.ftx.com/#overview and https://binance-docs.github.io/apidocs/spot/en/ )
