Billing Software -- 2

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a billing software compatible with Windows. The software should also be multi-user, allowing multiple users to access and use it simultaneously. The most important feature for me is inventory management, as I need a system that can effectively track and manage my inventory. I have two stores and a warehouse. The stores are at a far distance, i.e., we cannot use LAN. The software should be able to have multiple users support and a admin panel, so that I can get the daily insights. These are the primary requirements and other than this all the basic features of a billing software is neccesary
