Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer or agency to urgently build a professional bilingual (English–Arabic) website for our event management company based in Saudi Arabia.
The website must include a customizable ticket booking system, Zoho CRM and Zoho Books integration, and full support for Saudi payment gateways, including Mada and Apple Pay.
The project will be delivered in two fast-track phases, each to be completed in 3 days maximum.

• Contact Us form → Lead in Zoho CRM
• Request for Proposal form → Opportunity or Lead in Zoho CRM

Phase 2 – Ticket Booking System (3 Days)
• Custom ticket booking solution that includes:
• Multiple ticket categories (e.g., VIP, General, Student)
• Discount code functionality
• Event listing & filtering (by type/date/location)
• Event detail pages (description, agenda, speakers, sponsors)
• QR/Barcode ticket generation
• Booking confirmation via email
• Admin dashboard for booking management
Payment Gateway Requirements:
• Integration with Saudi payment gateways supporting:
• Mada
• Apple Pay
• Visa / MasterCard
• (Optional but preferred: STC Pay)
• Gateways accepted: PayTabs, HyperPay, Tap Payments, Moyasar, or similar
• Must support WooCommerce as backend for payment handling
Integrations in Phase 2:
• Zoho CRM:
• Register clients and attendees as leads/contacts
• Zoho Books:
• Auto-generate and sync invoices for paid bookings
• Reflect payment status and customer details in Zoho Books
