Bilingual Laravel Jobs Portal

I'm seeking an expert Laravel developer to build a jobs portal that supports both Arabic and English languages. This portal should be fully responsive, providing an optimal viewing experience across all devices, including desktop, tablets, and mobile phones. Key requirements for this project include:
1: home page: We will have a home page that will show all the recently posted jobs and a search box that the visitor can search for any word and it will show the result any of job posts which contain that word. Also, the visitors will be able to share the jobs on different social media platforms.
2: post your job page: it is like an e-form that the employer can add a new job and this will goes to admin of the web site for the approval.
3: admin page : Admin of the web site should be able to see/edit/delete or publish all the jobs requests posts. Also, admin will be able to define that the jobs will remain visible in the home page for how many days.
- Proficiency in Laravel: You must be well-versed in this framework as the portal will be developed using it.
- Bilingual Support: You need to integrate language support for both Arabic and English for the portal.
