Bigcommerce to Wordpress Migration

We'd like to explore migrating our ecommerce site from Bigcommerce to Woocommerce. We'd like someone to migrate our store to woocommerce for testing purposes.
We will supply the hosting and any apps we want installed (Advanced shipping manager, b2b features, request a quote, maybe two more) with woocommerce.
Freelancer is to:
Advise us on VPS specs to order (os, processor/ram,ect)
Install new instance of woo commerce on instance with free SSL
Configure Daily Backup
Successfully migrate about 300 skus/products to woo commerce from bigcommerce.
Install any apps requested (limit 5)
Test for function
