BigCommerce Theme Change

My BigCommerce site will not load. I have been told it is due to a line of code in the wrong place meaning caching is being done incorrectly. I just need this line of code moving, have full details. If it doesn't work then move it back and keep the money. if interested please let me know, need it doing today.
