BigCommerce + Laravel developer

We have some issues that we need to correct on one of our websites. We run a website (through BIGCOMMERCE + Custom Laravel dashboard to manage various users ticket data etc.) for a concert promoter and there seems to be an issue with functions not updating when they should be. The most pressing issue is that when I ticket is sold out, it's not listing as sold out on the front end.

I need someone to pin point the issue and help resolve it.
