Big blue Button(BBB) Plug-in / Add-on development to work with Tutor LMS plug-in

Tutor LMS is a plugin that lets tutors create courses, schedule online LIVE sessions and add students, etc. BBB(Big Blue Button)(https://bigbluebutton.org/) is similar to Zoom, which enables people to schedule online sessions/ meetings etc.
Tutor LMS has Zoom already integrated with it but not BBB.
I need someone to make BBB(which is hosted on our server) as an independent plugin or add on and then integrate it into the TUTOR LMS Plugin in a way that tutors can create BBB online sessions from the front end.
**[All of tutor LMS products are open source. If you open the plugin folder in a text editor or a code editor, you will be able to read the code. Even each code block has comments on those to understand which part of the code and file does what.]
