Big Data Reporting using AWS

I am an experienced accountant and with an IS masters.
I am building a tool for small businesses to use BI. I need someone to build me a web application that can access 8 off-the-shelf cloud based software products with APIs, transform the data based on my specifications, and create 10 visually attractive graphs/tables.
Cloud based web app.
A user will need to log into the site.
Users will authorise access to the software they use
The data will be extracted overnight or if requested by the user with a refresh button
Data is limited to each user’s authorised permissions
There will be different drop down boxes for each report that allows users to choose different criteria
Reporting must work with minimum delay
Security is an important feature.
Data must be transformed after being extracted with API to suit the report requirements
AWS infrastructure.
I will provide details on which Extract Transform Create steps will occur using a Power BI prototype.
I will also confirm exactly what data is allowed to be extracted through the APIs.
