Big Commerce checkout customization

We are looking for a skilled web developer to add a required field with a drop-down menu and purchase order payment option to our BigCommerce store.
The required field should allow customers to select their field location, either before or after entering their address, whichever is easiest to add. The drop-down menu should include options that the customers can select.
In addition, we need the option for customers to use purchase order numbers as a form of payment. The payment option should function similarly to the attached screenshot.
We are using a standard BigCommerce store and the developer should have experience with this platform.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience with similar projects and provide a quote for the project.
Requirements:
Experience with BigCommerce platform
Ability to add a required field with a drop-down menu
Ability to add a purchase order payment option
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Good communication skills
