Beverly Hills Property Encyclopedia Software
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As a Beverly Hills expert, I currently maintain an encyclopedia of every house in the area, detailed in a Microsoft Word document. I'm looking for a software solution that can help me better visualize and manage this data. Right now, I have 50+ encyclopedias on my computer each of which are 1,000+ pages long (with photos). It is taking up way too much space.
Key Features Needed:
- The software should provide a map interface where I can easily click on a property and view its associated information from the encyclopedia.
- I'd like to be able to update and manage property entries in the future through a website-based admin panel, rather than having to rely on Microsoft Word documents.
- The software app needs to also connect to Zillow.com and/or a title records api in order to update when a property is sold.
Ideal Skillsets:
- Proficiency in software development with experience in developing map-based applications, ideally using Google Maps API.
- Strong web development skills for the implementation of an intuitive and user-friendly admin panel.
The software should be designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind, as I will be the primary user to manage and view this extensive property database. You will be required to adhere to strict confidentiality and sign a non-disclosure agreement.
