I'm looking to work at Bets10 as a customer service representative and I require someone with experience in customer service, preferably in the gambling industry.

Ideal skills and experience for this job are:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a gambling or betting setting
- Strong communication skills, with a good command of English and Turkish
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patient, customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of online betting and gambling industry, particularly Bets10 platform
- Ability to work independently and handle high volume of customer queries
- Familiarity with basic software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Your role will involve:
- Responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with their bets, promotions or accounts
- Providing information about odds, betting rules, payment methods and other site features
- Handling complaints and issues with empathy and diplomacy
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
