Bet365 web changes notification - Super Boost and 25% Winning Boost

I am looking for someone who can create a notification system for me that will alert me in real-time of changes made to the website layout of Bet365.
Almost everyday they change a main site to show Super Boost and it's only there for about an hour.
They also add 25% Winning Boost option as well.
I'd like to be notified by push notification or SMS or email as soon as Super Boost / 25% Winning Boost appears on Bet365.
The project will involve the following:
- Creating a notification system that will monitor the Bet365 website for Super Boost / 25% Winning Boost wording
- Setting up the system to send SMS/email/push notifications in real-time
- Testing the system to ensure it is working correctly
