Bespoke quotation app for hubspot

Hi, I have a construction company and I use HubSpot as my CRM however my customer quotations/pricing is a little more complex than what Hubspot offer in thier quotation system. What I mean by that is my services/products are based on square meter, qubed meter, and time and not simply line items!
I have already built a spreadsheet that works out the pricing for my customer projects however I would really like this turning into somekind of app that I can intergrate into HubSpot so I can streamline my sales funel activities.
In the app I would like to be able to do all the standard stuff like add remove products, add cost price and sale price, add taxes, time rates etc but ultimatly I want the app to produce a quotation that includes all the products and services needed for the project but with only one price total (no line prices).
It would be nice to be able to expand this app in the future to possibly include things or possibly import them from HubSpot so I can do/monitor everything in one place like tracking, esign, t's & c's, payments/payment requests, and possibly even project management on projects we win.
