Basic PHP Scraper needed -- 2

We are trying to clean up a large user database and need to determine if an Hotmail account exists or not.

Your script would need to take an email address that we pass to it, and check against signup.live.com to see if it exists or not, then respond true or false in plain-text dependent of account exists or not
On an email that does not exist, the signup.live.com form will return " Someone already has this email address. Try another name" when pressing the Next button, which your script would return false in plain-text.
On an email that does exist, the page will redirect to enter the password value. Which would make your script return true in plain-text.

We would like to make requests to the script you create such as example.com/script.php?email=test(at)hotmail.com
Your script must use cURL to make the request and be compatible on PHP8.1

We believe this should only take 10 minutes for a seasoned scraper, and need it completed within the next couple hours at most. Soon as this task is completed, we have a similar task available immediately after.
If you can complete the scraper as requested, please simply send over a URL for us to test a few emails through. If it works, we will instantly accept and payout for the source. Please note we will not respond to copy/paste proposals that outline things that are of no interest. Please only send over a example URL for us to test and then accept/payout.
