Basic Database Fetching Software Required

I need a basic data scraper kind of software using which i wants to capture email ids of registered film makers on websites like filmfreeway dot com (mandatory website), festhome dot com, wfcn dot co (its just co not com)
The requirement is for a desktop based software/utility using which is should be able to fetch the email ids available on any of the above websites (one website at a time) by putting first or last name (both together or only first or last name - all these parameters should be executable) and i should get all email ids available on that website with those search filters to be displayed and exported in excel format.
There should be a feature where i can upload my existing records and whenever the software finds the new data - the new records should be checked against duplicacy and deliver the unique ones only.
