I am looking for someone who can help me develop a simple artificial intelligence website. it should not be openai . it must be an open source artificial intelligence that the user can develop by adding codes to the page via an input window. in this way, it will be able to develop itself with the help of freelance developers over time. the site must be able to be secure against virus codes so that it only accepts codes it can use to be developed. only paying users can add codes to the page so that we can ensure that it is not hackers who add codes to it. otherwise everyone must be able to use the site, just like you do with openai and others
