Service Order Workflow: Automatically fetch, analyze, and update orders with AI-generated solutions, while enabling manual overrides when necessary.
Google Drive Integration: Securely access documents from Google Drive for analysis and reference in error resolution.
Order Status & History: View AI-generated responses, track progress, and store service histories for future use.
Customizable AI Settings: Allow admin control over AI behavior, including solution creativity and prompt configuration for consistent results.
API Automation: Seamless integration to fetch service orders, process them, and update external systems with AI-driven solutions.
