I run a recruitment firm that collaborates with consultants across various specializations. To streamline our operations and improve placement efficiency, I need a custom-built software tool or AI agent that can continuously monitor job portals and company career pages in the United States, identify newly posted job openings, and alert me with real-time notifications.
Objective:
To build an AI or software solution that:
Scrapes job postings from major job portals and career pages of companies and consultancies in the U.S.
Runs queries every hour to identify newly posted jobs.
Sends real-time notifications with details like:
Job title
Company name
Specialization (if extractable)
Direct URL to the job post
Date/time of posting
Required Features:
Sources to Track:
Major job portals (Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, etc.)
Company and consultancy career pages (based on a provided list or dynamically discovered).
LinkedIn (if API or scraping is feasible under TOS).
Query Automation:
Run specific keyword-based queries hourly (e.g., “Java Developer”, “Pharmacovigilance”, “Data Analyst”).
Filter results based on location (U.S.), posting date, job type (Full-time, Remote, etc.).
Notification System:
Send results as:
Email alerts
Telegram/Slack/WhatsApp messages (optional, based on feasibility)
Dashboard with daily summaries
Admin Panel (Optional but Preferred):
Add/edit keywords or filters
Manage sources
Track historical job data
Scalability:
Should be able to track 1000+ companies and 50+ job titles simultaneously.
Support expansion to other regions in the future (e.g., UK, Germany).
