QR Based Attendance with Payroll Laravel as backend and Flutter as Front End

I am looking for a freelancer to create a QR code-based attendance system, with a payroll backend built on Laravel and a front end developed in Flutter. This payroll system should include a database for employee information, to be created by the freelancer. Additionally, the payroll should include accounting for overtime tracking. This project requires a full scope of features, from the user interface to complex calculations, so I'm hoping for someone with experience in both Flutter and Laravel.
