Barcode/QR code inventory management system
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking to create a Barcode/QR code inventory management system for an FMCG business
My business manufactures efficient cookstoves, which we sell to end-users through other businesses (i.e. B2B model)
What I would like for the barcode/QR inventory system is that whenever a stove is shipped out of the distributor’s warehouse to other sub-dealers, the information will be saved to a database that is hosted on the cloud (AWS preferred).
Note: You’ll also need to create and host the database and recommend a good bar/QR code scanner.
This system should allow the user to input the name of the sub-dealer, the amount of stock being shipped, the type/name of the product and the product identifier/serial number. We’ll therefore require you to build in user interface for this, which could be in form of an application or a webpage
All this information should then be reflected in the database together with an automatically generated time stamp.
We typically move about 2000 products per day and expected to increase to up to 5000 in the coming year, The system should be able to handle such volumes and optimized to work in areas with poor connectivity across the globe.
