I'm looking for a skilled developer to help me integrate Twilio into my barbershop management system.

- **Integration Requirements:** I need Twilio to be integrated for sending messages on both SMS and WhatsApp, so proficiency with Twilio APIs is a must.
- **Message Triggers:** The system needs to send out messages for two specific actions:
- Booking Confirmation: Clients should receive an SMS and WhatsApp message when they successfully book an appointment.
- Promotional Offers: I'd like to send out promotional messages to my clients.
- **Content of Booking Confirmation:** The booking confirmation message should include the date and time of the appointment.

Please note: I have the Twilio account set up, so you would just need to handle the integration and message content.
