Backend Php and codeIgnitor developer for quick turnaround

Need a Backend Php and codeIgnitor developer to work on various tasks for web and backend application. MySQL DB experience is also a must
Must be excellent coder and understand importance of indexing and foreign key constraints etc. Must write SQL that provide good performance.
Must be able to modify or write new Webservices API.
All work must integrate with the existing code and version on the server.
All code has to be tested and then delivered
Hourly rate is Rs.500 per hour.
You have to provide estimates for each task based on which milestones will be created. Must be available for discussions between 7.30 pm and 12.30 pm IST Monday thru Friday
