You must know how to use WNMP, otherwise you can install the web without our assistance.
No overcharging.
$3/hr for new comer in upwork, $5/hr for experienced
Will start with 20 hrs a week, after we saw you do good, we'll increase to 40hrs/week.
Salary raise only after a long term works 6-12 month with very good performance (finished task according deadlines)
