Backend/Frontend PHP Programmer | 3+ Years Experience

No Teams, we want to specifically work with ONE person, not a team.
Project Details:
We are a group that has been building a real estate web portal similar to Zillow for the past 4-5 years. We are looking to expand our team as our site and projects have grown. Programmer will start part time but can easily move into full time within the next year.
Skills:
We are looking for additional backend/frontend php programmer into our team to support current codebase and new features development.
We would like you to have following skills:
Codeigniter 3.0/4.0
Facebook/Instagram API
Javascript (Jquery, Semantic JS)
CSS, HTML.
Basic understanding of working with Git is welcomed.
Experience 3+ years.
Additional Skills not required but preferred:
Understanding of Real Estate IDX/RETS feeds
Experience in programming with Real Estate based projects
