Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time backend developer with expertise in PHP and SQL to maintain our APIs and build internal dashboards for operational and analytical purposes. Knowledge of Shopify Store APIs is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot our existing APIs.
- Develop internal dashboards to streamline operations and provide insights.
- Ensure seamless integration between Shopify APIs and our backend systems.
- Implement backend improvements for performance and scalability.
- Debug and fix backend-related issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new features or updates as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in backend development, with strong skills in PHP and SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration.
- Knowledge of Shopify Store APIs is highly desirable.
- Experience with database management and optimization.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Work Details:
- Job Type: Part-time, freelance (remote)
- Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload.
- Duration:Ongoing, long-term support.
