Baby feeding tracker | database | software | web UI

My proposed idea is a baby tracker. I was thinking it should track his feedings, diaper changes, etc. Do not overthink it. the simpler, the better. I have attached the proposal requirements to see if it would be a good fit and to get a quote on coding everything, web server, database, UI, the backend and frontend if need, etc.

The overarching project will be containing at minimum:

A computer system (virtual is OK)
An OS
A Database
Webserver
A User / Web Interface to the DB and the software application
Network Connected
