BUILD LIVE CHAT FOR WEBSITE

need someone to build me a live chat system for my website/ my website uses whmcs billing system so a module will need to be created or it will have to be integrated using footer php code. I want a full working live chat system and widget, attach pictures, files, etc. Also need a panel or site to respond to sites or something mobile friendly so i can respond to chats on the go. also need ability to add more operators to help answer chats. want something similar to tawk.to
