BUILD A DRUPAL ECOMMERCE SITE

Want someone that can design and build a drupal ecommerce site using the latest version of drupal. Must be able to setup the capabilities of being able to upload and migrate current ecommerce shop.
This will be a new installation of drupal commerce with all functionality of a ecommerce website.
Having working the following features: loyalty program, coupons and discounts, shipping rates using ups and usps and shipping services as required, integrating using ostickets for support; setup using phplist for email subscriptions, setup use of matomo statistics for tracking all sales and visitors, setup all financial services required for a ecommerce store, and more as I am able to think of later.
