I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a Phase 1 MVP for 'Bhoovix', an agricultural land marketplace. The primary focus of this site is strict LEAD CAPTURE and verification.
CORE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
Lead Gating: All property details (Seller/Agent info) must be hidden.
Unlock System: Buyers must submit a name/mobile validation form to "Unlock" more information.
Form Actions: Upon form submission, the system must capture the lead into a CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) or Google Sheets.
Post-Submission Redirect: After the form is successfully submitted, the user must be automatically redirected to a specific external chat link (to be provided to the winning bidder) with a pre-filled message including the Property ID.
WEBSITE STRUCTURE:
Home Page: Hero section, featured listings (6-10), and a lead capture section.
Property Pages: Must include price, location, images, and trust badges (Verified, Clear Title).
Seller Flow: A "Post Property" form that saves data to the admin panel for manual review. No auto-publishing allowed.
