Hi there,
I have been working on this website for a couple of years.

I am good allrounder but actually not a full-stack web developer. I think it is time to involve somebody who is really good with PHP and also know some of the major tools we use for this website.
It has grown very complex and I need to help to optimize the theme which is based on the Genesis Framework from StudioPress.
We also make extensive use of Gravity Forms and I could use some help with some custom code optimization for that as well.
Woocommerce is also more and more in use for this site and we are planning to create some custom functionality for a checkout process to receive individual payments from students that pay for events.
The site needs general optimization because the performance is not good. I have WP Rocket and would like to set it up for this site and also work on the optimization of CSS and some JS code. So there are many little things that need fixing and also the site needs a major optimization to just load faster.
I use Elementor Pro and I think it would also be interesting to find out how to simplify the code that Elementor produces. It just feels too complex. However, I can't let go of Elementor because it is now a major tool in use for us and so to find out how to use it more intelligently would be very interesting for us too.
I would like to know if there is somebody who is good with website optimization and theme customization and maybe that person could even be experienced with the use of Gravity Forms & Woocommerce ... but I guess maybe we need more than one person to help with this site.
