Azure AD SSO with SAML protocol integration with PHP application login (Consulting)

We need to make another login option via Azure AD using the SAML protocol. Our app is running PHP 5.6. We need a person that already made that integration and could tell us how to accomplish that in a consulting work relationship. Freelancer will be payed by the hour. The person needs to have working examples, maybe from other projects to serve as a guide and proof of already having done such integration.
