Awards advanced nomination form
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for a web developer who can make an advanced awards nomination webapp to minimise the number errors and different nominations for the same person/event.
The issue we have at the moment is we take nominations through Google Forms and so people are free to type what they want for the nomination causing a lot of different spellings for the same nominee.
What we would like is a form that checks the nominee field against a database of already submitted nominees and provides auto-complete option and "did you mean X" prompts to minimise the number of variations. If there are no likely matches for the nominee then that nominee gets added to the database to be checked against for future submissions.
We have no preference on how this app is developed so it can be standalone, or a wordpress plugin.
