Avasam to ebay

Hi,can anyone intergrate everything Avasam has listed into an ebay shop for me..thats just for starters.
I intend to add more suppliers and products as dropshippers to every platform available but i haven't a clue when it comes to the technical work that may be needed...
My own website perhaps?
