This platform will allow users to search and book tire replacement appointments, check real-time product availability at partner shops, and purchase car accessories—all within one seamless portal. We aim to create a powerful user experience that includes AI-driven functionalities to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Project Requirements:
Tire Search & Booking System:
Users should be able to search for tires by diameter, width, length, and brand.
A booking system will allow users to schedule tire replacements, with availability synced to partner shops.
We want JetEngine’s dynamic listing and filtering tools to make searching through these options smooth and intuitive.
Real-Time Availability Checks with Partner Shops:
When a user selects a tire, the system should check stock availability at various partner shops in real time.
JetEngine’s dynamic content and listings can help display the available partner shops for a selected tire and trigger updates based on inventory status.
Dedicated Stores for Wheel Axles and Accessories:
The site will also have two other main storefronts: one for wheel axles and one for car accessories.
These should be managed and displayed as independent stores, using JetEngine to create custom post types and taxonomy setups for each category, helping us organize and display products more clearly.
AI Functionality Integration (20% of Application):
Personalized Recommendations: Use AI algorithms to analyze user behavior and provide tailored product suggestions to enhance the shopping experience.
Customer Support Chatbot: Integrate an AI-driven chatbot to assist customers with inquiries, guiding them through the purchasing process and addressing common concerns in real time.
