I am seeking an experienced sales freelancer to sell my customer relationship management (CRM) software targeted towards auto repair shops. This CRM includes the following unique features which are tailored to auto repair shops:
- Service Scheduling: The software allows for seamless scheduling of services, making it a breeze to manage service appointments.
- Customer Communication Tracking: Track communications with customers in one place, making it easy to provide personalized customer vehicle service and repair reminders
- Real-time Online Booking: Including a real-time online booking platform which simplifies the booking process for customers.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in CRM software sales, particularly in the automotive industry, and demonstrate a clear understanding of the needs and challenges of auto repair shops. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must for this project.
